Which profile links are accepted?

The checker accepts 17-digit SteamID64 values, numeric /profiles/ links, and custom /id/ profile links on steamcommunity.com.

Why does a public profile still fail?

Steam has a separate privacy setting for Game details. The main profile can be public while achievement data remains private.

Are the rarity percentages historical?

No. The checker requests a current global completion snapshot from Steam each time you run it; it does not build a trend history.
